To ensure correct and effective use, each product is supplied with a detailed user guide in both English and Arabic, which is also included with the shipment for the customer’s convenience.

On-Site Inspection Appointment

Clients who wish to visit our facility to inspect their product are required to book an appointment in advance.
A non-refundable appointment deposit of 30% of the total product cost is required to confirm the inspection visit.
This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total purchase amount.
